Founded by Dr. Mira "Mehraein" Mokhberi — Mehraein, a Persian name meaning the way of the sun and the way of kindness — Adornme is a reflection of a life rebuilt more than once.
Mira came to the United States in 2013 with her son, leaving Iran in the months following a difficult divorce and the limitations placed on women's lives there. As an immigrant single mother, she rebuilt her life from nothing — earning a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California, spending eight years in admissions there, and building her own educational consulting business helping young people discover who they were becoming.
In 2025, after a layoff and the closing of that business, she rebuilt her life a second time — a rebuilding she would later describe as even deeper than the first.
What carried her through these chapters — through painful endings and new beginnings, through love, loss, growth, and rebuilding — was a deepening connection to Divine Love. It became the place she returned to when nothing else remained steady.
Adornme emerged from that journey.
A symbolic jewelry house built around three forms:
Heart — divine love, and every love that flows from it.
Flower — nature, and the divine beauty painted onto earth.
Devotion — Christ, the cross, and any sacred symbol of devotion returning to their divine source.
Built by a woman who knows what it means to create her life more than once — through faith, resilience, and the grace of Divine Love.
The first signature design, The Bleeding Heart, was chosen because nature had already written the brand's language into a single form.
