Every Adornme piece is made to order, by hand, just for you.

Made to order

Because each piece is crafted individually — cast, set, hand-finished, and engraved in our Downtown Los Angeles studio — your order is created after you place it. This is what allows us to offer personalization and to work in solid gold, vermeil, and sterling silver without holding mass inventory.

Production & shipping time

Most pieces ship within 2–3 weeks of your order. Personalized and engraved pieces, and solid gold pieces with stones, may take a few days longer. If your order is time-sensitive, email us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Once your piece is ready, it ships via insured, tracked delivery within the United States. You'll receive tracking by email.

Packaging

Your piece arrives in an Adornme gift box, ready to give or to keep.

Returns & exchanges

Because our pieces are made to order and often personalized, we accept returns only on non-personalized, non-engraved items in unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Engraved and custom pieces are final sale.

If something isn't right, or your piece arrives damaged, please email us right away — we stand behind our craftsmanship and will make it right.
